Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between GoodFriends Gaming (the "Company") and its users regarding the use of the services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Eligibility)

The service is available only to users aged 19 or older under applicable law. Users residing in jurisdictions where the service is restricted by law may not use the service.

Article 3 (Account and Security)

Users are responsible for managing their own account and password. Sign-up and login via social providers (Google, Telegram) are deemed to include consent to those providers' terms.

Users may not transfer or lend their account to third parties.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not: misappropriate another person's information, access the service by unauthorized means, interfere with service operation, or engage in money laundering or other unlawful activities.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

The Company may temporarily suspend the service due to system maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure, and shall not be liable for such suspension.

Article 6 (Account Termination)

Users may request account termination at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms.

Article 7 (Disclaimers)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all express or implied warranties relating to the service. The Company is not liable for damages arising from service use, except for those caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms as needed and will post changes on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
